The welding robot has short response time and fast action. The welding speed is 60～120cm/min, which is much higher than manual welding (40～60cm/min). The robot can run 24 hours a day, which is impossible for workers. At the same time, workers will ask for leave, daze, and chat, and work efficiency is also affected by factors such as mood.
2. Robot welding can make the product quality higher
During the welding process, as long as the welding parameters and motion trajectory are given, the robot will repeat this action. The mine portal crane manufacturer stated that welding parameters such as welding current, voltage, welding speed and welding dry elongation will affect the welding results to varying degrees. In manual welding, the welding speed, dry elongation, etc. are easy to change with personal reasons, and it is difficult to achieve quality uniformity.

Due to the high repeatability of the robot, as long as the parameters are given, it will operate according to the instructions, so the robot welding product cycle is clear, and it is easy to control the product output.
