QDY Overhead Crane For Steel Mill Description
QDY double-girder bridge-type casting crane is one of the main equipment in the continuous casting process of iron and steel manufacturing. It is mainly used for smelting metal transportation, casting and charging of molten iron.
The operating mechanism and main electrical equipment of the QDY double-girder bridge casting crane are installed in the box girder, which is insulated with rock wool and has an air cooler inside. In order to reduce the heat radiation of the molten structural parts, heat insulation boards are arranged at the bottom of the main girder along the span direction.
