1.Brake of electrical motor
The electromagnetic brake is a unique design.It is characterized with the ability that the brake acts immediately the moment the power is off under full-load.
2.Hooks and safety device
The hooks are forged with high drawing-resistant steel and heat-treated to conform to the demand on strength and hardness.The lower hook can rotate horizontally 360 degree,with the safety piece equipped;it can ensure the safety in starting to hoist.
3.Phase protection relay
The circuit of the phase protection relay is designed to protect the electrical motor from being burned when the phases of the power supply are mistakenly linked.
The upper limit switch can automatically power off when the upper limit is reached,so as to ensure safety ty preventing the chain from running out of range
5.Emergency stop switch
The button is used to stop the hoist in emergency.it is a red,mushroom-shaped push button,located at the highest of the push buttons,when the button is pushed,the power supply to the equipped is cut off and the button is also locked automatically,turn clock wise to release the button and restart the hoist.
