Rubber tyre quayside container gantry crane(RTG) includes the following units:steel frame,hoisting machanism,minimum slewing mechanism,and spreader anti-shaking mechanism,crane travel mechanism,turning mechanism,trolley traverse mechanism,container spreader,diesel generating sets,electrical equipment and other accessory equipments for safety.Inverter,PLC and CMMS (fault monitor system) are adopted by us.
Referenced standards:GB/T15362-92 rubber tyre container gantry crane technical specification,GB/T/4783-94 rubber tyre container gantry crane test method,ISO standards,FEM standards and JIS standards.
Environmental Conditions:
1,The power source is three-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2,The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3,In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4,The working duty is A6-A7.
5,The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6,The crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.

Steel shot blasting pretreatment, the surface quality reaches Sa 2.5 grade.
Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. WEIHUA pioneers the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.
