Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane Description
Rail-Mounted Container Gantry Crane (RMG) is a rail-mounted crane for unloading, stacking and loading 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers. Its power supply is provided by the cable drum. The crane consists of three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley walking and mast walking. The trolley runs along the track installed on the gantry beam, and can serve between the legs. The crane is able to move linearly along the track.
Portable 40t miniature container gantry crane is powered by 490BPG diesel engine, featuring low operating noise and low vehicle vibration. The main body is composed of a steel frame, a steel wire rope, a hydraulic motor for a hydraulic transmission system, a gear pump, a steering cylinder, a lifting cylinder, a double-acting balance valve and solid tires. The hoisting mechanism adopts four cylinders with a diameter of 180mm, which has large lifting capacity, low system pressure, stable and safe lifting, and high loading and unloading efficiency. It adopts two-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, and the maximum rotation angle can reach 110 degrees. It can realize steering and translation at any angle, and the turning radius is small. The control system consists of a whole set of valve body and operating rod, which is easy, convenient and flexible to operate.
