QD Double Beam Crane Information

QD type double-girder overhead bridge crane consists of box-type bridge frame, lifting trolley, crane operating mechanism, electrical system and so on. It relies on the longitudinal movement of the bridge frame along the direction of the workshop track, the lateral movement of the trolley along the direction of the main beam and the lifting movement of the hook to work.

Double-girder overhead crane with hook, only one set of lifting mechanism. Over 16/3.2 tons double-hook double-girder bridge cranes have two independent lifting mechanisms. The main hook is used to lift heavy objects, and the auxiliary hook is used to lift light objects. Within the rated lifting range, it can also be used to cooperate with the main hook to tip or dump materials. But we must pay attention not to let the two hooks lift two goods at the same time.
