• The girder is made of high-quality Q235B steel plate, which has been shot blasted and has reliable strength and toughness. On the main girders are laid tracks for cross travel.
• The trolley adopts the electric hoist fixed on the trolley frame as the lifting mechanism. CD type single-speed electric hoist and MD type two-speed electric hoist can be selected according to your needs.
• The electrical part adopts the international brand Siemens, Schneider, or the Chinese famous Chint to ensure accurate and safe operation.
• It adopts the domestic top motor, which has large overload capacity, high mechanical strength and low noise.
• Wheels, gears, and couplings are processed by intermediate frequency quenching technology, and the strength, rigidity, and toughness are greatly improved.
• The protection level of LH bridge crane is IP44 or IP54, the insulation level is B or E, and the working environment temperature is -25℃～40℃. It cannot be used in the environment of flammable, explosive or corrosive media.
