Rail Mounted Container Gantry Crane Description
Rail Tyre Container Gantry Crane(RMG) is a kind of rail mounted crane used to offload, stack and load 20ft, 40ft, 45ft ISO standard containers. Its provision of power is offered by cable reel. The crane contains three mechanisms: hoisting, trolley travelling and gantry travelling. The trolley running along the track mounted on gantry beam is capable to serve among legs. The crane is able to make straight movement along rails.
Portable 40 ton mini container gantry crane is powered by a 490BPG diesel engine and features low operating noise and low vehicle vibration. The main body consists of steel frame, steel wire rope, hydraulic motor of hydraulic transmission system, gear pump, steering cylinder, lifting cylinder, double-acting balance valve and walking solid tire. The lifting mechanism adopts four cylinders with the diameter of 180 mm, which have a large lifting capacity, a small system pressure, a stable and safe lifting and lowering, and high loading and unloading efficiency. It adopts two-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, and a large rotation angle of up to 110 degrees. It can realize steering and translation at any angle, and the turning radius is small. The control system consists of a complete set of valve body and operating rod, which is simple, convenient and flexible to operate.
Wheeled container gantry crane (referred to as yard bridge) is suitable for port, wharf, logistics and other container yard or transfer station of international standard container handling and loading and unloading. It is supported on the inflatable rubber tire, often powered by diesel generator, and can also be powered by cable reel and lithium battery. It is composed of large car mechanism, small car assembly, gantry frame, power system and special container spadders.
