Electromagnetic Lifter Description
Electromagnetic Lifters are mainly used for lifting and transporting magnetic conductive materials such as steel in metallurgy, mining, machinery, transportation and other industries. It is also used as an electromagnetic manipulator to hold magnetic materials such as steel, and is suitable for handling cast iron ingots, steel balls and various scrap steels. The excitation mode can be adopted: constant voltage mode, strong excitation mode and over-excitation mode.

Electromagnetic Lifter Characteristics
1. It adopts fully sealed structure and has good moisture-proof performance; the non-magnetic protection plate adopts rolled manganese plate, which has good weldability, good magnetic isolation performance, wear resistance and impact resistance.
2. Through the digestion of foreign advanced technology, through improvement and innovation, and through computer optimization design, the product structure is reasonable, light weight, large suction and low energy consumption.
3. The excitation coil has been treated with special technology, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil, and the heat resistance level of the insulating material reaches the C level, and the service life is long.
4. The rated duration of the common electromagnet is increased from 50% to 60%, which improves the use efficiency of the electromagnet.
5. The ultra-high type electromagnet adopts unique measures of heat insulation and heat radiation prevention, and the temperature of the absorbed material is increased from 600 ℃ in the past to 700 ℃, which expands the applicable temperature of the electromagnet.
6. Provide electromagnetic cabinets, cable reels and other auxiliary equipment, and the complete set has good performance.
